Blank Formats for Report Return SRER-2008

The blank formats for Partwise Forms Received, Photo Received, Disposal, etc. have already been sent to all SDOs and BDOs by e-mail.
Download the same and enter required data in Forms Received, Photos Received only. Disposal Report will be automatically prepared. In Disposal sheet enter Accepted Number of Forms, Rejected will be automatically calculated. Suo-Moto data will have to be entered.
Seperate Soft Copy via e-mail to Each Block have been sent to fill up the data from the Block's part.
Please mail back this soft copy as and when required after filling up the required data.
